Stephen Leslie Foster arrested by Forney Police Department

Stephen Leslie Foster was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on May 3, 2016, at 8:56 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on charges of: possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams, bond set at $20,000, and fraudulent use or possession of less than 5 pieces of identifying information, bond is set at $10,000. Foster is described as a white male, date of birth September 2, 1976, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 180 pounds.
Foster was arrested by Forney PD on May 1, 2016, at 11:35 pm, following a report of a man sleeping in a vehicle at Sonic for several hours. Attempts by employees to awaken the man were unsuccessful.
At the time it was indicated Foster had 18 prior arrests including aggravated robbery, robbery, assault, burglary of a building, burglary of a vehicle, theft of property $1500-$20,000, and others.
Foster is from the Wills Point / Edgewood area.
