Kaden Scott McKinney arrested by Forney Police Department

Kaden Scott McKinney was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on April 6, 2016, at 2:51 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on charges of: possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in an amount of less than 28 grams, bond set at $1500, and disorderly conduct, discharge or displaying firearm, bond is set at $1,000. McKinney is described as a white male, date of birth April 24, 1996, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 8" tall and weighing 150 pounds. McKinney was arrested by Forney PD after a report of a young male waiving a gun at a motorist on eastbound Highway 80, Tuesday afternoon, April 5, 2016. On January 22, 2015, McKinney entered a plea of guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces in Kaufman County and received 9 months deferred adjudication probation and was ordered to serve 30 hours of community service and pay a fine of $500.
