Adam Anthony Cooks arrested by Forney Police Department

Adam Anthony Cooks was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on March 21, 2016, at 8:17 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated 2nd. Bond is set at $3500. Cooks also has two holds for Dallas PD in the amount of $282.70 and $285.30 and a hold for Grand Prairie PD in the amount of $396.00. Cooks is described as a black male, date of birth January 10, 1982, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 180 pounds. Cooks was arrested by Forney PD Sunday March 20, 2016, at 6:52 pm, following a single vehicle accident on the south service road at 212. Forney PD previously arrested a Michael Anthony Cooks with some striking similarities to this arrest; almost the same offense.
