Andrew Neil Grubbs arrested by Forney Police Department

Andrew Neil GrubbsAndrew Neil Grubbs was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on February 21, 2016, at 7:18 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on charges of: possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams, bond set at $75,000, and possession of marijuana in an amount of less than 2 ounces, bond set at $5000. Grubbs is described as a white male, date of birth December 21, 1965, with brown eyes and gray hair, standing 5' 10" tall and weighing 210 pounds. Grubbs was arrested by Forney PD at 2:02 a.m. following a traffic stop on eastbound Highway 80 at County Road 212 on February 20, 2016. Grubbs has several prior felony convictions in Dallas County including possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and theft over $20k for which he was sentenced in 2004 to 12 and 10 years in prison, respectively. Grubbs also has convictions for possession of a controlled substance over 4 grams, evading arrest or detention, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, and a misdemeanor convictions for theft over $50.
