Molly Morgan Barbian arrested by Forney Police Department

Molly Morgan Barbian was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 23, 2015, at 2:24 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a charge of: theft of property in the amount of $2500 or more but less than $30,000. Bond has not been set. Barbian is described as a white female, date of birth August 3, 1973, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 7" tall and weighing 135 pounds. Barbian is currently on felony probation in Kaufman County following her plea of guilty on January 7, 2015, to the offense of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison, which was probated for a period of 4 years, and a fine of $1000.
