Franklin Edward Yates arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Franklin Edward Yates was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 21, 2015, at 10:32 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of indecency with a child, exposes. Bond is set at $25,000. Yates is described as a white male, date of birth May 15, 1965, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ tall and weighing 180 pounds. Yates has several previous convictions in Dallas County for drug possession and dwi’s; however, no prior criminal offenses could be found for Yates in Kaufman County.
