Dale Wayne Williams arrested by Forney Police Department

Dale Wayne Williams was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 22, 2015, at 3:18 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams. Bond is set at $250,000. Williams also has two charges of driving with license invalid, two charges of failure to appear, and a charge of speed over limit out of Kaufman County. Bonds have not yet been set on those charges. Williams is described as a white male, date of birth January 17, 1963, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 3” tall and weighing 180 pounds. No prior criminal offenses could be found for Williams in Kaufman County.
