Lance Sterling Hipp arrested by Forney Police Department

Lance Sterling HippLance Sterling Hipp was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 27, 2015, at 9:48 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on charges of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram, bond set at $25,000 and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in an amount of less than 28 grams, bond set at $7500. Hipp also has a hold for Dallas Police Department, bond set at $204.10. Hipp is described as a white male, date of birth November 22, 1981, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6โ€™ 1โ€ tall and weighing 170 pounds. On August 4, 2011, Hipp entered a plea of guilty in Kaufman County to the offense of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams and was sentenced to 6 years in prison. On August 4, 2011, and August 8, 2011, charges of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in an amount of less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, and bail jumping, failing to appear felony, were all dismissed. According to his Facebook profile, Hipp is from Wills Point.
