Justin Andrew Ochoa arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Justin Andrew Ochoa was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on June 29, 2015, at 9:35 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, bond set at $100,000 and four charges of indecency with a child sexual contact, bond set at $50,000 in each case. Ochoa is described as a white male, date of birth August 17, 1995, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing 218 pounds. Ochoa has no prior criminal charges in Kaufman County.
