Joe Alejandro Santillana Jr arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Joe Alejandro Santillana Jr was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on June 22, 2015, at 7:28 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of indecency with a child sexual contact. Bond is set at $100,000. Santillana is described as a white male, date of birth November 12, 1962, with brown eyes and gray hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 210 pounds. Santillana was also indicted in Kaufman County on October 30, 2014, for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Court records indicate the indictment alleges the victim in that case was under 14 years of age at the time of the offense. That case is currently pending.
