James Floyd Hill arrested by Forney Police Department

James Floyd Hill was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on June 3, 2015, at 11:26 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with: engaging in organized criminal activity, bond set at $100,000; fraudulent use or possession of more than 10 and less than 50 items of identifying information, bond set at $25,000; burglary of a vehicle, bond set at $1500; and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, bond set at $750. Hill is described as a black male, date of birth April 16, 1998, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 6’ tall and weighing 160 pounds. Hill was arrested with Liban Hassan and Miguel Angel Calderon by Forney PD at 3:33 am on June 2, 2015, following a report of people attempting to get into vehicles in the area of Independence Trail and Freedom Trail in Forney.
