Jose Pena Nava arrested by Forney Police Department

Jose Pena Nava was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on May 13, 2015, at 10:46 a.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated. Bond is set at $1500. Nava is described as a white male, date of birth March 28, 1955, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 4' 8" tall and weighing 120 pounds. Nava was arrested by Forney PD following a report of a reckless driver on eastbound 80. Nava subsequently made a u-turn on 548 and headed back on westbound 80 before being stopped by Forney PD.
