Jesse Steve Garcia II arrested by Terrell Police Department

Jesse Steve Garcia II was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on May 16, 2015, at 2:42. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with: 2 charges of abandon or endanger child imminent danger bodily injury, bond set at $50,000 on each charge; 2 charges of intoxication assault with a vehicle serious bodily injury, bond set at $20,000 on each charge; and 2 charges of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, bond set at $10,000 on each charge. Garcia is described as a hispanic male, date of birth April 12, 1991, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5' 11" tall and weighing 147 pounds. Garcia was arrested by Terrell PD after he crashed his car into a tree at a high rate of speed while intoxicated with his 3 year old child and 1 year old child who was unrestrained in the vehicle.
