Joshua Dean Turcola arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Joshua Dean TurcolaJoshua Dean Turcola was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on April 10, 2015, at 9:33 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams, bond set at $50,000, and tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, bond set at $50,000. Turcola is described as a white male, date of birth March 11, 1984, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ 5” tall and weighing 183 pounds. On February 17, 2010, Turcola was sentenced to 4 years in prison following his plea of guilty to the offense of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams in Kaufman County. Turcola has also previously been convicted in Dallas County for the offenses of unlawful carrying of a weapon, possession of marijuana over 2 ounces, and burglary of a vehicle. Turcola was arrested with his wife, Brandi Scott Turcola, and Mandi Lynn Pritchett.
