Michael Ryan Blackwell arrested by Terrell Police Department

Michael Ryan Blackwell was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on March 2, 2015, at 6:50 a.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with impersonating a public servant, bond set at $50,000. Blackwell is described as a white male, date of birth October 10, 1984, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 6” tall and weighing 135 pounds. Blackwell is currently on two years deferred adjudication probation following his plea of guilty on November 12, 2014, to the charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram. In addition to several traffic offenses, Blackwell has also previously been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and convicted of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces in a drug free zone.
