Harry Alexander Holcomb arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Harry Alexander HolcombHarry Alexander Holcomb was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on February 28, 2015, at 8:56 a.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman Police Department and charged with: assault of a public servant, bond set at $35,000; terroristic threat against a public servant, bond set at $25,000; and driving while intoxicated 2nd, bond set at $10,000. Holcomb is described as a white male, date of birth June 19, 1987, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 11" tall and weighing 160 pounds. In November, 2014, Holcomb was arrested by Kaufman Police Department and charged with DWI and he also had a pending aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case pending at that time. On January 12, 2015, Holcomb entered a plea of guilty to the DWI charge and was sentenced to 30 days in jail which was credited to 94 days he already served. On the same date, Holcomb entered a plea of guilty to the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case and was placed on 5 years deferred adjudication probation, a fine in the amount of $1000, and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. About six weeks later, he was again arrested on the current charges.
