Devlon LaQuinn James arrested by Terrell Police Department

Devlon LaQuinn James was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on March 21, 2015, at 3:15 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 200 grams or more but less than 400 grams and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, bond set at $1500. James is described as a black male, date of birth August 18, 1974, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 170 pounds. Other than traffic offenses, no prior criminal history could be found for James in Kaufman County.
