Derick Lamar Hooks arrested by Forney Police Department

Derick Lamar Hooks was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on March 20, 2015, at 7:41 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. Bond is set at $10,000. Hooks is described as a black male, date of birth July 7, 1968, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 150 pounds. Hooks has previously been convicted in Dallas County for robbery, unlawful carrying of a weapon, dwi/2nd, and twice for evading arrest / detention. Hooks was arrested on March 18, 2015, by Forney Police Department following a 1:17 p.m. report of a one vehicle accident on eastbound highway 80 in Forney. According to his Facebook profile, Hooks lives in Lancaster.
