Christopher Lee Melugin arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Christopher Lee Melugin was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on March 13, 2015, at 6:47 a.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff's Department and charged with sexual assault, bond set at $150,000 and official oppression, bond set at $50,000. Melugin is described as a white male, date of birth January 10, 1979, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 9" tall and weighing 170 pounds. Melugin was a Crandall Police officer at the time of his arrest.
