Reginald Martez Mitchell arrested by Royse City Police Department

Reginald Martez Mitchell was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on January 23, 2015, at 8:36 p.m. He was arrested by the Royse City Police Department and charged with possession of marijuana in an amount of less than 2 ounces. Bond is set at $750. Mitchell is described as a black male, 32 years of age, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5' 10” tall and weighing 227 pounds. Mitchell has no previous criminal history in Rockwall County but was previously arrested in 2004 in Titus County for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and a charge of criminal mischief $50-$500 in Morris County. Mitchell was arrested with his wife, Penny Diane Mitchell, who was arrested for delivery of marijuana 1/4 ounce – 5 pounds.
