Spencer Thomas Stewart arrested by Mabank Police Department

Spencer Thomas Stewart was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on December 12, 2014, at 6:50 a.m. He was arrested by the Mabank Police Department and charged with: possession of a prohibited weapon in a weapons free zone, bond set at $35,000; possession of marijuana in an amount of 2 ounces or less in a drug free zone, bond set at $2,000; and burglary of a vehicle, bond set at $2,500. Stewart is described as a white male, date of birth November 17, 1996, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 11" tall and weighing 134 pounds. No prior criminal history could be found in Kaufman county for Stewart.
