Melissa Lynn Montoya arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Melissa Lynn Montoya was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on December 8, 2014, at 11:36 p.m. She was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged by the Terrell Police Department with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond is set at $50,000. Montoya is described as a white female, date of birth August 31, 1983, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 7” tall and weighing 140 pounds. No prior criminal history could be found for Montoya in Kaufman County.
