Jodiann Ruffin Martin arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Jodiann Ruffin Martin was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on December 2, 2014, at 12:30 p.m. She was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff's Department and charged with abandoning or endangering a child, imminent danger / bodily injury. Bond has not yet been set. Martin is described as a white female, date of birth September 14, 1967, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 5" tall and weighing 180 pounds. This charge stems from an incident alleged to have occurred on June 4, 2014, and is a second degree felony. Her Facebook profile indicates she lives in Scurry and is from Dallas.
