Dustin Jay Baker arrested by Combine Police Department

Dustin Jay BakerDustin Jay Baker was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on December 9, 2014, at 12:32 a.m. He was arrested by the Combine Police Department and charged with bond forfeiture for failing to appear on a possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram in Kaufman County. Bond is set at $60,000. Baker also has 3 holds for Anderson County Sheriff’s Office with bonds set at $200,000 each, a hold for Parker County Sheriff’s Office with bond set at $40,005, and a hold for Anderson County Sheriff’s Department with bond set at $525. Baker is described as a white male, date of birth September 30, 1982, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ tall and weighing 160 pounds. Baker has a fairly long list of prior charges in Dallas County, including: 2000, possession of marijuana; 2001, driving with license suspended and escape; 2008, theft over $50; 2011, abandoning a child, burglary of a habitation, 2 counts of evading arrest, and theft enhanced. Baker has been convicted on all charges except the two evading arrests which still show to be pending. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison in September, 2011. The basis for the holds out of Anderson and Parker counties is not known.
