Brandon Roy Boothe arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Brandon Roy BootheBrandon Roy Boothe was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on December 8, 2014, at 10:05 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff's Department and charged with: evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction, bond set at $80,000; resisting arrest, search, or transport, bond set at $4,000; and possession of marijuana in an amount of less than 2 ounces, bond set at $1,500. Boothe is described as a white male, date of birth December 2, 1988, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6' 1" tall and weighing 185 pounds. No prior criminal history could be found in Kaufman county for Boothe. In Dallas county however, Boothe has an extensive criminal history: 2006 - evading arrest or detention; 2008 - criminal mischief $1500 or more; 2009 - assault family violence, interfering with an emergency call, and evading arrest or detention; 2010 - possession of marijuana; 2012 - unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two charges of evading arrest or detention; 2013 - unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and evading arrest or detention; 2014 - attempted unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Boothe was convicted on all charges with the exception of the 2006 case in which he successfully completed deferred adjudication probation and the case was subsequently dismissed. Court records show a Mesquite address for Boothe.
