Laquoncy Dshard Ellis arrested by Forney Police Department

Laquoncy Dshard EllisLaquoncy Dshard Ellis was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on November 2, 2014, at 7:20 a.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. Bond is set at $10,000. Ellis is described as a black male, date of birth November 10, 1980, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 145 pounds. On August 10, 2012, Ellis entered a plea of guilty in each of two different dwi cases in Kaufman County and was sentenced to 72 days in jail which he had already served. One case was filed on November 30, 2011, and the other was filed on April 27, 2012. On the same day, another dwi which was filed on December 27, 2011, was dismissed due to “insufficient evidence”. Ellis has also been previously charged in Kaufman County with evading arrest, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, resisting arrest, assault causing bodily injury, murder (he was found not guilty by a jury on August 2, 2004), unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction, criminal trespass, interference with an emergency call, and theft $50 - $500.
