Judd Eric Deming arrested by Forney Police Department

Judd Eric Deming was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on November 15, 2014, at 6:46 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram. Bond has not yet been set. Deming is described as a white male, date of birth January 19, 1969, with blue eyes and gray hair, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing 170 pounds. On September 11, 2014, Deming entered a plea of guilty in Kaufman County to the charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram and received a sentence of 68 days in jail with no fine. His sentence was to commence on the same day in that case. Also on the same day, a charge of assaulting a family or house member by impeding breath or circulation was dismissed following his conviction in the possession case.
