Hyla Dawn Thomas arrested by Forney Police Department

Hyla Dawn Thomas was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on November 18, 2014, at 10:11 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a hold for Dallas County, bond set at $1500 cash, and four holds for Balch Springs PD, no bonds set. Thomas is described as a white female, date of birth December 8, 1976, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 4" tall and weighing 110 pounds. Dallas County court records indicate Thomas has a pending burglary of a vehicle case there from 2008. She was also previously convicted in Dallas County of credit card abuse and theft over $1500. In Kaufman County, Thomas has a previous conviction for theft $500 - $1500 in 2008. Thomas was arrested by Forney PD following an accident on FM 1641 in Forney in front of C Life Church on Sunday, November 16, 2014, at 12:10 pm.
