Colby Wayne Hale arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Colby Wayne Hale was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on November 19, 2014, at 12:15 a.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff's Department and charged with: possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, bond set at $2500; failure to identify giving false or fictitious information, bond set at $2500; and public intoxication, bond set at $500. Hale is described as a white male, date of birth May 15, 1997, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 6' tall and weighing 140 pounds. No prior criminal history for Hale could be found in Kaufman County. According to his Facebook profile, he lives in Mabank, is from Kemp, works as "head poncho at smoking that good shit", and studied at "the college of go fuck yourself".
