Tamara Michelle Herrera arrested by Forney Police Department

Tamara Michelle Herrera was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 1, 2014, at 8:17 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with: possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of one gram or less, bond set at $5000; failure to identify fugitive give false information, bond set at $1500; disregarding stop sign, bond set at $339.10; failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond set at $414; and violation of promise to appear, bond set at $334. Herrera is described as a white female, date of birth September 28, 1987, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 4” tall and weighing 200 pounds. Herrera was arrested following a traffic stop in Forney. No prior criminal history could be located for Herrera in Kaufman County.
