Paul Parker Halleck arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Paul Parker HalleckPaul Parker Halleck was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 22, 2014, at 2:23 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman Police Department and charged with injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury, mental. Bond is set at $200,000. Halleck is described as a white male, date of birth January 20, 1993, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 9" tall and weighing 170 pounds. Section 22.04, Texas Penal Code, reads, in pertinent part, as follows:  "(a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence, by act or intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly by omission, causes to a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual: ... (2) serious mental deficiency, impairment, or injury ..." No prior criminal charges could be found for Halleck in Kaufman County. More information on this case may be found at the Kaufman Herald.
