Nathaniel Parker Hogan arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Nathaniel Parker Hogan IIINathaniel Parker Hogan was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 14, 2014, at 7:03 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams, bond set at $400,000, and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, bond set at $3000. Hogan also has a hold for Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, bond set at $100,000, and two holds for Balch Springs PD, bonds set at $222.10 and $217.00. Hogan is described as a black male, date of birth August 16, 1985, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 250 pounds. Hogan has no prior criminal charges in Kaufman County but has charges pending in Dallas County for delivery of a controlled substance and previous convictions for possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest or detention, possession of marijuana, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
