Marcos Luis Delacruz arrested by Forney Police Department

Marcos Luis Delacruz was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 18, 2014, at 11:39 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than four grams. Bond is set at $10,000. Delacruz is described as a white male, date of birth September 2, 1988, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 4” tall and weighing 115 pounds. Delacruz was arrested by Forney PD at 1:40 a.m. on October 18 following a traffic stop in the area of 1641 and Rock Hound. Also arrested was Fermin Lozano-Rios.
