Justin Lee Heather arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Justin Lee Heather was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 1, 2014, at 4:45 a.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman Police Department and was charged by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department with aggravated assault causing bodily injury.
