Janet D. Garner arrested by Forney Police Department

Janet D. Garner was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 19, 2014, at 8:11 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram. Bond has not yet been set. Garner also has three holds for Rockwall Police Department. Garner is described as a white female, date of birth November 14, 1956, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 4” tall and weighing 150 pounds. Garner was arrested by Forney PD at 3:37 a.m. on October 19 following a traffic stop. Garner has a slew of bad check cases out of Kaufman County dating back to the 90’s with the most recent being 2009, but no other prior charges.
