Clarence Ricky Heard arrested by Forney Police Department

Clarence Ricky Heard was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 7, 2014, at 7:44 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a hold for Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division. There is no bond on the hold. Heard is described as a white male, date of birth August 19, 1953, with brown eyes and grey hair, standing 6’ 2” tall and weighing 215 pounds. Life pro tip, don’t be wandering the streets of Forney when you have a warrant for your arrest for violating parole (or any offense).
