Cesar Lopez arrested by Terrell Police Department

Cesar LopezCesar Lopez was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 5, 2014, at 2:07 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with: possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or less, bond set at $75,000; and evading arrest or detention with a prior conviction, bond set at $25,000. Lopez is described as a white male, date of birth November 29, 1975, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 6” tall and weighing 186 pounds. Lopez has a lengthy criminal record in Kaufman County including evading arrest, several drug charges, unlawful possession of a firearm by felon, attempted murder, retaliation, and others. In July of 2005, Lopez was charged with attempted capital murder. He subsequently entered a plea of guilty to aggravated assault of a public servant, witness, or informant, and was sentenced to 5 years in prison on December 28, 2006.
