Casey Wade Brockway arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Casey Wade BrockwayCasey Wade Brockway was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 14, 2014, at 10:50 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams. Bond is set at $500,000. Brockway is described as a white male, date of birth August 13, 1983, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 178 pounds. On June 22, 2009, Brockway entered a plea of guilty in Kaufman County to two charges of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams and received four years deferred adjudication probation, a fine of $500, and was ordered to perform 160 hours of community service in each case. On August 25, 2010, his probation was revoked and Brockway was sentenced to serve 5 years in prison in each case. According to his Facebook page, he is from Kaufman, attended Kaufman High School, and works for Lone Star Utilities.
