Bill Dale Hutson arrested by Terrell Police Department

Bill Dale Hutson was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 5, 2014, at 3:17 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with: possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams, bond set at $50,000; and possession of a prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility, bond set at $50,000. Hutson also has a hold for Navarro County Sheriff’s Office with no bond set. Hutson is described as a white male, date of birth November 6, 1968, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ 1” tall and weighing 200 pounds. Hutson has no previous criminal history in Kaufman County other than traffic violations.
