Anthony Charles Hubbard arrested by Terrell Police Department

Anthony Charles Hubbard was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 9, 2014, at 11:49 a.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams, bond set at $100,000, and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in an amount of less than 28 grams, bond set at $15,000. Hubbard is described as a black male, date of birth February 26, 1960, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5' 8" tall and weighing 230 pounds.
