William Albert Harder arrested by Terrell Police Department

William Albert Harder was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 20, 2014, at 8:22 a.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with sexual assault of a child. Bond is set at $75,000. Harder is described as a white male, date of birth February 26, 1997, with blue eyes and blonde hair, standing 5' 11" tall and weighing 158 pounds. No prior charges could be located in Kaufman, Rockwall, or Dallas counties for Mr. Harder.
