Wesley Ryan Weaver arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Wesley Ryan WeaverWesley Ryan Weaver was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 20, 2014, at 12:50 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman Police Department and charged with: delivery of marijuana in an amount of 1/4 ounce or more but less than 5 pounds, bond set at $50,000; manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams, bond set at $150,000; possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or less in a drug free zone, bond set at $50,000; and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 4 in an amount of 28 grams or less in a drug free zone, bond set at $5,000. Weaver is described as a white male, date of birth February 17, 1982, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 9" tall and weighing 175 pounds. Weaver has a fairly long list of prior charges in Kaufman County including disorderly conduct, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia x2, criminal trespass, minor in possession, possession of marijuana 2 to 4 ounces, no liability insurance, no valid driver's license, driving while intoxicated, and two separate charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence (both of which were subsequently dismissed).
