Steven Paul Haas arrested by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department

Steven Paul Haas was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on September 23, 2014, at 12:21 a.m. He was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff's Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in the amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams.
