Shane Wesley Richards arrested by Terrell Police Department

Shane Wesley Richards was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 13, 2014, at 3:40 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with: theft of property of the value of less than $1500 with two or more previous convictions, bond set at $50,000; unlawful use of a criminal instrument, bond set at $15,000, and expired driver's license, bond set at $170.
