Richard Wayne Knight arrested by Talty Police Department

Richard Wayne Knight was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 27, 2014, at 9:50 a.m. He was arrested by the Talty Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. Bond has not yet been set. Knight is described as a white male, date of birth February 8, 1976, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 9" tall and weighing 210 pounds. Kaufman County court records indicate Knight was previously convicted of driving while intoxicated 2nd on September 13, 2012, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, probated for 18 months, 60 hours of community service, and a fine of $600. Knight was required to serve 3 days in jail as a condition of that probation.
