Monte Jack Deal arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Monte Jack Deal was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 12, 2014, at 1:03 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff's Department and charged by the Terrell Police Department with: three counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams, bonds set at $100,000 on each charge; three counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 3/4 in an amount under 28 grams, bonds set at $5,000 on each charge; and possession of marijuana in an amount of 2 ounces or less, bond set at $750.
