Michelle Carol Vassallo arrested by Rockwall Police Department

Michelle Carol Vassallo was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on September 16, 2014, at 7:58 p.m. She was arrested by the Rockwall Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in an amount of less than 28 grams, and possession of a dangerous drug. Bond is set at $1000 on each charge. Vassallo is described as a white female, 29 years of age, with hazel eyes and blonde hair, standing 5’ 2” tall and weighing 107 pounds.
