Lisa Dawn Goodwin arrested by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department

Lisa Dawn Goodwin was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on September 9, 2014, at 8:30 p.m. She was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Department and charged with resisting arrest, search, or transport. Bond is set at $4000. Goodwin is described as a white female, 50 years of age, with blue eyes and blonde hair, standing 5’ 2” tall and weighing 150 pounds. This arrest was from forfeiture of a bond previously posted in this case.
