Kyle Steven Payne arrested by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department

Kyle Steven Payne was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on September 23, 2014, at 2:12 p.m. He was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff's Department and charged with

possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or less. Bond has not yet been set. Payne is described as a white male, 60 years of age, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 10" tall and weighing 155 pounds. This arrest stems from a case filed on April 30, 2014, from an incident which occurred March 26, 2014. Payne entered a plea of guilty to the charge on September 23, 2014, and was placed in custody after being sentenced to 6 years confinement in a state jail facility and assessed a fine of $1500.
