Kristopher Michael Humphreys arrested by Terrell Police Department

Kristopher Michael Humphreys was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 23, 2014, at 8:57 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with forgery of a financial instrument. Bond is set at $5000. Humphreys is described as a white male, date of birth November 29, 1978, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 6' 3" tall and weighing 160 pounds. Kaufman County court records indicate Humphreys has previously been charged with burglary of a building, engaging in organized criminal activity, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, unlawfully carrying a weapon, and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces in a drug free zone. He currently has charges pending for possession of a dangerous drug and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.
